Terms & Conditions

  • Rooms are subject to availability. The above is only a quote and no bookings have been made as yet. . 
  • AC will not work in Hill Stations.
  • Hotel confirmation is subjected to availability.
  • Check-in and checkout time as per hotel policy. For early check-in and for late checkout direct pay at the hotel.
  • Extra bed means extra mattress.
  • Base category rooms will be booked in Hotels until and unless specified in the quotation. In case the rooms are not available in selected hotels, rooms shall be booked in a similar hotel or higher category rooms where you have to pay the differences.
  • Meals Timing must be followed as per the instructed time of the hotels. We are not responsible for any un-availed meals.
  • Travelers must take care of their luggage & Belongings. The management shall not be accountable for missing items along the tour.
  • No act of misconduct or indiscipline shall be tolerated on the tours. we aspire to bring to you a hassle-free and memorable experience.
  • We shall not be responsible for any cancellation of cabs or buses due to bad weather and are not liable for it.
  • Please carry your valid identity proof card containing your photographs at it is required at the airport and during check in to hotels.
  • Check-in and checkout time of most of the hotels is 12PM to 02 PM.
  • Number of meals including breakfast is always corresponding to the No. of nights booked by the guest. The hotel does not provide breakfast on the day of arrival.  
  • In Himachal, you cannot match the facilities & services of hotels to developed destinations.
  • No refund will be made for any unused accommodation, missed meals, transportation sightseeing tours or any other service due to Bad weather, ill health, Strike, Roadblocks or any other factor beyond our Control. Such unused items are neither refundable nor exchangeable.

 

Booking & Payments

  • For Package confirmation you need to deposit a 30% of the total package cost. As a first token.
  • Guest must have to pay 50% amount of total package in our company account before arrival.
  • 50% of remaining amount you have to pay by CASH.
  • Hotel vouchers will be issued after receiving 50% amount of total package cost.
  • Guest must have to pay remaining payment on arrival at first day.

 

Cancellation Policy

  • 25% deduction if cancelled before or above 30 days prior to arrival date.
  • 50% deduction if booking cancelled before 15 days prior to arrival date & After confirmation/issuing the hotel voucher..
  • 100% Deduction before 10 days prior to arrival.
  • We do not accept any change in plan within 10 days of travel date.
  • Advance amount/payment will not be refundable.
